All services provided by Slog Way International are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
By submitting this form and required documents, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Project Scope
Work will be carried out strictly based on the project requirements provided by the client.
Any additional features, modifications, or advanced requirements may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of the project.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion (or at agreed milestones).
Failure to make payments may result in project suspension.
4. Timeline & Delivery
Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the client providing necessary inputs/materials on time.
The company is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
ll information provided (name, address, documents, project details) must be accurate and valid.
Misrepresentation or false information may lead to project cancellation.
6. Revisions & Changes
p to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the project scope.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable.

All client information and documents will be kept strictly confidential.
No data will be shared with third parties without client consent.

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed website/software will be transferred to the client.
The company retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing material.
Termination Policy
If the client cancels the project midway, the advance payment will not be refunded.
If the company cancels the project, any unused portion of the payment will be refunded.
Limitation of Liability
Slog Way International will not be held responsible for indirect damages, including data loss, business interruptions, or third-party issues.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ballia, (UP).
