1. Acceptance of Services

All services provided by Slog Way IT Services are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By accessing our website or app and submitting any forms, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Project Scope

Work will be carried out strictly based on the project requirements provided by the client. Any additional features, modifications, or advanced requirements beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any project. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or at agreed milestones. Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or termination.

4. Timeline & Delivery

Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the client providing necessary inputs, content, and materials on time. Slog Way is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.

5. Communications Consent (RCS & WhatsApp)

By providing your contact information, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Slog Way IT Services via RCS (Rich Communication Services) and WhatsApp. These communications may include project updates, service notifications, and promotional offers. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages or by contacting our support team.

6. Client Responsibilities

All information provided (name, address, documents, project details) must be accurate and valid. Misrepresentation or provision of false information may lead to immediate project cancellation without refund.

7. Revisions & Changes

Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included in the standard project scope. Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable at our standard rates.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and documents will be kept strictly confidential. No data will be shared with third parties without explicit client consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed website/software will be transferred to the client. Slog Way retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Termination Policy

If the client cancels the project midway, the advance payment will not be refunded. If Slog Way cancels the project for reasons other than client breach, any unused portion of the payment will be refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability

Slog Way IT Services will not be held responsible for indirect damages, including data loss, business interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services.

12. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh (UP), India.
